Malibu--it's my go-to place when I feel that I need to escape to a calm place when life gets chaotic.   I have been thinking a long time about how I want to capture its calm beauty and here it is!   The bar is 100% hand sculpted and stained, so every single piece is unique.   I add a bit of character to the surface of the water using a hand-sculpted technique to create little waves on top.  I also added some crashing waves on the sandy beach, instead of a hard straight line.     It's a labor of love.There's a special ingredient that was used in making this soap....vodka!  The translucent part of the soap has been formulated through experimentation and I'm really proud of how it turned out.
 
The scent is inspired by  the cocktail called Malibu Island Breeze, that has guava juice, and lychee juice.
