The design of this bar is minimalistic to honor the rustic and lively quality of rosemary, which grows robustly in Southern California.    The smell reminds me of the front lawn of my neighbor's house, which is surrounded by rosemary bushes almost always blooming with dainty little purple flowers.  It's amazing!
